Monthly Retainer -

• Includes membership and provides access to the Centre for Tasmanian Industry as your industrial advocate for Fair Work Australia for the period of the retainer

• Use of consultant services for 6 hours per month to assist with any HR, IR, Training or compensation issues within the workplace  

Proposals -   

These are specific to the business requirements and may include programs such as policy formulation, training or performance management.  Proposals can be provided on request.
